Third-Party Services

The extension fetches favicons from https://www.google.com/s2/favicons to display website icons. No user data is sent in these requests — only the domain name.


Inter-Extension Communication

BookSync can optionally communicate with Navigator via Chrome's externally_connectable API. This is used only to share bookmark tags and descriptions between the two extensions. No data leaves the browser.
